The Meet and Greet (M&G) sign up process has changed slightly and all Sara Evans Fan Club Members should submit M&G requests via the TOUR section of SaraEvans.com. We have instituted this new procedure to help us in organizing and tracking Meet & Greets and to facilitate the signup and notification procedure for Fan Club Members.
BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY MEET & GREET WITH Sara Evans, YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT YOUR IMAGE MAY BE USED ON THE WEB FOR YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTO AND/OR FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES .
Meet and Greet Information:
Each Fan Club member will be eligible for One (1) Meet & Greet per year (Membership Term). By Requesting your M&G for a specific show, you will be entered into a drawing for that date. For each available M&G event, up to eight (8) Fan Club Members will be chosen at random from all applicants to participate in the M&G. The following rules must be strictly followed. No Exceptions will be allowed! Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of a members' M&G opportunity, revocation of membership, and possible termination of Meet & greet privileges for the entire Sara Evans Fan Club.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
- You will be allowed One (1) M&G per year.
- NO GUESTS, including small children. Passes are for Sara Evans Fan Club Members only, and only those whose names are drawn in the lottery will be awarded a pass. Passes are non-transferable.
- Each member is responsible for purchasing their own admittance to the concert. You must have tickets to the show to go to the meet & greet. Meet & Greet passes do not give the member any special privileges towards parking, merchandise, etc.
- Meet & greet requests must be made at least two weeks before the show for which you are planning to attend. Get your requests in early!
- DO NOT email or write to the Sara Evans Fan Club or SaraEvans.com requesting the status of your M&G entry. Such requests may result in your application for a M&G opportunity to be removed from the lottery.
- Sara will sign ONE item per person with NO exceptions. You will need to provide your own ONE item. Photos and other items are available for purchase at the Merchandise Stand. Sara will already have a black sharpie marker ready to sign your ONE item.
- Fan Club Membership DOES NOT guarantee you a M&G pass.
- Certain events (private engagements, fairs, festivals, casinos) may not allow Meet & Greet opportunities.
- You must bring a picture I. D. with you in order to gain access to the Meet & Greet.
- You may only request one M&G per event.
HOW TO REQUEST A MEET & GREET
- Go to the Tour page of the website. Find the date of the concert you will be attending and click on the "Meet & Greet Open" button.
- Note your Special Needs or Requests. These include: a.) if you are under the age of 12 b.) you require special assistance such as a wheel chair.
- Once
you have requested a Meet & Greet, you will receive an email
confirming your request. (Please check your junk or spam mail folder if you did not receive an email.)
- The next steps in the Meet & Greet process are as follows:
- To check the status of your Meet & Greet, please log in to the site using your Fan Club Membership account info.
- Once you are logged in, click on My Account; the MCN Personal Account Manager should then pop-up.
- Click on the Meet & Greet tab to check on the status of your Meet & Greet requests
- If the M&G has NOT been closed, your request will be listed under Pending Requests
- If the M&G is closed and you HAVE been selected, your request will be listed under Awards
- If the M&G is closed and you HAVE NOT been selected, your request will no longer be visible and has been removed from the system.
- (Due to the large number of M&G requests, we are not able to notify all fans who are NOT chosen. Please do not email MCN requesting to know the status of your M&G request. If your request is not visible in your Account, then unfortunately you have not been awarded a M&G. If it says pending, then the meet & greet has not been closed and winners have not been selected yet.)
- First and foremost, you should always log in to your Account Manager to check on the status of your M&G request.
Once we have processed all requests, M&G winners will receive an
email response confirming that you have been put on the meet &
greet list for the show requested, but because some junk-mail filters
might block our M&G Winner Announcement E-mail, you MUST log in to
your Fan Club Account Manager to check and confirm that you were
selected. Here you will find information on Meet & Greet Time and
location.
- If
you win a meet & greet, click "more info" next to your award in
your Account Manager to see details of the meet and greet.
- Once
your name has been added to the Meet and Greet list, your pass will be
available at the will call window located at the venue box office at least an hour
before the doors open. Some
venues do not have will call offices; in this case, please visit the
merchandise booth and pick up your pass. Depending on the location,
most meet and greets are held before the show, so be sure to arrive
early enough to pick up your pass.
- Be sure to pick up your pass no later than the time doors are scheduled to open.
- You will receive specific instructions with your pass indicating when and where to meet for the actual meet and greet.
- The meet and greet pass is for ONLY the winner. You cannot bring guests through the meet and greet line. In order to have someone come with you, they will have to have won a pass themselves.
